Water Slide Warranty

Mason Water slides are designed to provide many years of use, and come with a one-year limited warranty on parts and labor (from the date of installation).

Seller warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of the original installation to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. During this warranty period, Seller may repair or replace merchandise proven to be defective due to faulty manufacture. During this period Seller will be responsible for costs relating to such repairs and service including transportation or handling costs. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, relocation, natural disasters or negligence. Seller will not be liable for any additional charges sustained by the customer as a result of change orders and addendums requested by the customer. Seller can assume no responsibility for the wear of vinyl, fabrics or plastics beyond the warranty given by the original manufacturer or mill. Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage to merchandise after it has been received, inspected and found to be in sound condition. Seller will not be liable for any additional expenses sustained by the customer as a result of installation or usage. This warranty only applies to water slides and playgrounds shipped and installed by our installation crews within the United States.

We urge all of our customers to perform regular safety inspections as outlined in our maintenance suggestions sheet and to have a thorough annual inspection before opening the slide for the swim season each year.
