Mason Scooters are shipped via United Parcel Service. FREE SHIPPING is available to customers in the lower 48 states by UPS Ground.
Expedited services include:

- 2nd Day Air
- Next Day Air
To Estimate Shipping From the Shopping Cart webpage, enter zip code and click Update Total.
To Select Expedited Service: Click on Proceed to Checkout. Choose desired expedited service. Total will automatically update.
Note: If you have special instruction for your delivery, such as “place on back porch”, feel free to call 800-821-4141 or email our Shipping department at orders@masoncorporation.com. Tracking information is provided when order is submitted with email address.

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Mason Corporation.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Mason Corporation, either through the masoncorporation.com website or by placing an order by phone, may be returned for a refund.
- Mason Corporation products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged as you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Mason Scooters with visible signs of wear
- Mason Scooters that have been damaged by customer
- Mason Scooters whose condition is no longer entirely new
If your scooter is not returnable for a refund under these conditions, we recommend that you donate it to a local church, preschool, elementary school, day care center or anywhere that kids can enjoy riding it.
How to Return Items
Ship your item back to Mason Corporation
To return an item to Mason Corporation, call 800-821-4141 and ask for Customer Service. Describe the reason for return and obtain a Return Authorization Number. In order to receive a refund for your purchase, you must provide a RMA#.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. Please note: the refund amount is for product only.
